Delete your SoriGamis account
You can delete your SoriGamis account and the data BEH Labs LLC holds for it. This page explains how to ask, what gets deleted, and what does not.
Two ways to delete your account
In the app
Open Settings, tap Manage on your profile card, then Delete account.
By email
Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Use this if you no longer have the app.
Delete from this page
Enter the email you use for SoriGamis and we send a code, so we know the request is yours. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
If this form does not load, the two routes above work without it.
About this page
SoriGamis is a voice recording app published by BEH Labs LLC. This page is for deleting your SoriGamis account and the data held for it.
You do not need the app installed to use this page, and you do not need to reinstall it to delete your account.
Delete from the app
If you have SoriGamis installed, open Settings, tap Manage on your profile card, then Delete account, and confirm when asked. This is the same deletion this page performs.
If you cannot sign in
If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, write to [email protected] and ask for your account to be deleted.
Send the request from the account's own email address where you can — that verifies itself and is the fastest route. Where you cannot, we will ask you for details only the account holder would know before we act, so please expect a reply rather than immediate deletion.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- your SoriGamis account and sign-in
- your subscription and credit records held by SoriGamis
- your transcripts, including edited revisions, and the quotes from them held by the service that produces summaries
Deletion starts as soon as you confirm. The erasure of transcript quotes held by the summary service is queued at that moment and completes shortly afterwards.
What is not deleted
Your recordings are not deleted. SoriGamis backs audio up to the cloud account you connect — your Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox — never to us. Those files stay in your cloud folder and remain yours to keep or remove through that provider.
Recordings still stored on your phone are not deleted either. Uninstalling the app removes them from the device.
Some information may remain in backups, or be retained where we are required to keep it — for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, financial records, or dispute resolution. We do not promise that every deletion finishes within a fixed number of days. The Privacy Policy describes retention in full.
Paid subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by SoriGamis, so we cannot cancel one for you.
If you have a paid SoriGamis subscription, cancel it in the store where you bought it — Google Play on Android, or the App Store on iPhone and iPad — before or after deleting your account. If you do not, that store may keep charging you.
